Important Information

• Guests must carry their original passport for the helicopter ride. Soft copies are not accepted. Failure to comply will result in a NO Show.
• All passengers must arrive at the Heliport site 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
• Smoking, food, and beverages are not permitted on helicopter flights.
• Each passenger’s weight will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
• Passengers should wear comfortable, light sportswear. Earrings and large jewelry are not allowed onboard.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control or other operational/safety considerations.
• Every passenger is insured in accordance with UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Shared transfers are only available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• This activity is not allowed for heart patients, individuals with physical disabilities, passengers who have undergone major surgery recently, and pregnant women.
